- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.
- Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area PIN code.
- COD Orders: For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pick-up.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Items returned in poor condition or clearly worn will not be refunded.

- Prepaid Orders: Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to appear in your bank account.
- Refunds/bank transfers apply only to prepaid orders made on our website.
- COD payments will receive store credit/discount coupon equivalent to the amount paid.
