Return and Exchange Policy:

• Eligibility: Return and exchange requests can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Reverse Pick-Up: We provide reverse pick-up services. A fee of Rs.100/- will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items.
• Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.
• Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area PIN code.
• COD Orders: For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pick-up.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Items returned in poor condition or clearly worn will not be refunded.

Refund Process:

• Prepaid Orders: Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to appear in your bank account.
• Refunds/bank transfers apply only to prepaid orders made on our website.
• COD payments will receive store credit/discount coupon equivalent to the amount paid.
  
  
• Non-Refundable Items: Reward points, store credits, COD Charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns for Promotional Deals:

• BOGO Sales: Items purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions or similar deals are not eligible for returns.

 Self-Shipping for Returns:

• Non-Serviceable PIN Codes: If reverse pick-up is not available, courier the product(s) to the following address:

• Products must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
• Ensure secure packaging and include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number.

 Important Notes:

• Courier Service Recommendation: Avoid using The Professional Couriers for self-return; they are unreliable. We recommend using Speed Post.
• Bank Account Details: The accuracy of bank account details provided by the customer is their responsibility.
• Delivery Issues: If notified of order delivery but not received, contact us within 24 hours.

BUSHIRT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BUSHIRT, we want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Return & Exchange

• Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are subject to availability and are generally allowed for size or colour of the same product.

• Products received through an exchange are not eligible for another return or exchange.

2. Return Pickup

• We provide reverse pickup, subject to PIN-code serviceability.

• A ₹100 reverse-pickup fee per order will be deducted from customer-initiated return refunds, regardless of the number of items.

• Up to 2 pickup attempts will be made.

• If pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful after the permitted attempts, the customer may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

No ₹100 fee will be charged for confirmed wrong, defective or damaged products received from BUSHIRT.

3. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos.

After verification, BUSHIRT will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

4. Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product passes quality inspection. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect.

COD Orders: Eligible refunds can be processed to the customer's bank account/UPI, or the customer may choose BUSHIRT Store Credit.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank/UPI details.

5. Promotional / BOGO Orders

Products purchased under BOGO or other promotional offers may not be eligible for return/exchange where the offer terms specifically state so.

This does not affect claims relating to confirmed wrong, damaged or defective products.

6. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns/exchanges may be rejected if the product is:

• Worn, washed or altered

• Stained or damaged after delivery

• Missing original tags

• Showing clear signs of use

• Specifically marked Final Sale or excluded under promotional terms

7. Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable, please courier the product to:

Please include your Order ID and registered mobile number inside the package and retain the tracking details until the return is processed.

We recommend using a reliable, trackable service such as India Post Speed Post.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

9. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order status. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return policy will apply after delivery.
