BUSHIRT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• 7-Day Policy: Raise your return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

• Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags attached.

• Exchange: Size/colour exchange is subject to availability. Exchanged products cannot be returned again.

• Return Fee: ₹100 per order will be deducted from customer-initiated return refunds. No fee applies to confirmed wrong, damaged or defective products.

• Pickup: Reverse pickup is subject to PIN-code availability, with up to 2 pickup attempts.

• Refunds: Prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method. COD refunds can be made to bank/UPI or issued as BUSHIRT Store Credit. Please allow up to 7 working days after approval.

• Defective/Wrong Product: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos/videos.

• BOGO/Promotional Orders: Returns/exchanges may not be applicable where the offer terms specifically exclude them.

• Non-Returnable: Used, washed, altered, damaged products, Final Sale items and products specifically excluded under promotional offers are not eligible.

• Non-Serviceable PIN: If pickup isn't available, self-ship the product to our warehouse. Include your Order ID and registered mobile number.
