Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: Return and exchange requests can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Reverse Pick-Up: We provide reverse pick-up services. A fee of Rs.100/- will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items.
    • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.
    • Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area PIN code.
  • COD Orders: For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pick-up.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Items returned in poor condition or clearly worn will not be refunded.

Refund Process:

  • Prepaid Orders: Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to appear in your bank account.
    • Refunds/bank transfers apply only to prepaid orders made on our website.
    • COD payments will receive store credit/discount coupon equivalent to the amount paid.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Reward points, store credits, COD Charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns for Promotional Deals:

  • BOGO Sales: Items purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions or similar deals are not eligible for returns.

 Self-Shipping for Returns:

  • Non-Serviceable PIN Codes: If reverse pick-up is not available, courier the product(s) to the following address:

          BUSHIRT WAREHOUSE NO.299, 2nd Flood, Chairman Kariyanna Road, Magadi Main Road, Sunkadkatte, Bangalore – 560091.

    • Products must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
    • Ensure secure packaging and include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number.

 Important Notes:

  • Courier Service Recommendation: Avoid using The Professional Couriers for self-return; they are unreliable. We recommend using Speed Post.
  • Bank Account Details: The accuracy of bank account details provided by the customer is their responsibility.
  • Delivery Issues: If notified of order delivery but not received, contact us within 24 hours.
